Every foster baby rescued from neglect, abandonment or abuse is cause for celebration, and Angels celebrates new foster placements each month.
But here we'd like to share a few of our most cherished early success stories. All of these foster placements turned into adoptions, and that has allowed us to watch, over the years, as these once-endangered foster babies grew and thrived with their new Angels families.
